90% of pregnant women in Nagorno-Karabakh have anemia due to 223 days, of which 6 weeks total blockade of Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan. No medicine is left. Ambulance services have no fuel to take patients to hospital. ICRC is not allowed to transfer them.
Azerbaijan has demanded that its doctors should inspect patients to allow ICRC to transfer them. This is a typical method that was used against nazis during the WWII.
These are outrageous violations of international humanitarian law and human rights, torture and downgrading treatment based on ethnic hatred with an intent of ethnic cleansing. It is a crime against and not such an early warning sign of a genocide.
