A few words about
What We Do
Contribution to Women, peace, security agenda Mainstreaming:
Open Borders actively supports Eastern Partnership states’ efforts to advance the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda, promoting equal opportunities for women and men. Aligned with the 2004 Action Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality, our projects offer consultative assistance to infuse women empowerment perspectives across all activities, policies, programs, and projects. Our multi-year initiatives strive to hasten the comprehensive implementation of equal opportunities for women and men, contributing to the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda, and building sustainable capacity through collaboration with international organizations.
Our comprehensive approach seeks to transform societal norms, challenge power imbalances, and empower women to participate fully in conflict prevention, ultimately building a better and more equitable future.
